LDC 1 and MY RSM opportuinity
Harlows everyone.. I have completed 3 camps and 2 more camps to go.. the latest camp i went to was LDC 1 where i was RSM ( Regional Sergeant Major ) which you know from the name is a very high postition where you get people to do stuff for you, report to you and you go around checking that everything is ready for the next activity 2 hours in advance.. This was the best camp i every had as i had learnt the most from this camp as i was being drilled by sir Melvin and the officers and primers.. thanks to them that i have learnt alot of stuff..
This camp was the 1st camp i went to and cried 3 times.. i criend once at night as i thought that i was a failure. 2nd time was when i got scolded as i did not have enough RESPONSIBILITY and the 3rd time when i went to Sir Melvin to ask him a question.. Anyway to end this post i will tell you what i have learnt through the 3 days of camp and the drillings..
What I Have learnt..
Responsibilty in EVERYTHING i do..
Details is important for Excellence..
Leadership is given by GOD and not materialistic wantings..
Everything i do i do it for GOD..
Stand up to lead and to shine as GOD wants you to be a leader..
It is okay to cry, cry when none of your men is around
